Steve White
Owner
Steve is originally from the midwest but has called this area home since 2003. Before Steve became owner of Homewatch Suncoast with his wife Liz, he had a long career in electronics, software, project management, property management and independent consulting.
Steve has been an independent business owner and part of the corporate world serving as a Director. This has given him a well-rounded perspective on people and processes. He has invested, rehabbed, managed, and sold his own rental properties for years.
His background has provided Steve with a good knowledge of what it takes to make sure a home is properly cared for. When not working, Steve enjoys family, friends, sports, boating, and spending time with his two adult boys whenever possible.
Liz White
Owner
Liz was born and raised in Canada before moving to the United States in 1990. While raising her children she was working for the Hillsborough County School District and involved in real estate investments.
She has over 20 years experience in real estate, during which time Liz and her husband Steve have rehabbed houses and owned several rental properties. As a value-added service, Liz is also a licensed Notary Public in the State of Florida for the convenience of customers.
With her extensive background in owning investment properties and multiple homes, Liz prides herself on providing exceptional customer service. When not working, Liz enjoys spending time on the water with her two adult boys, her husband, and friends whenever possible.
